 After Visual Intensity 5 was released DUAL FORMAT split up.
Watts   who  was  the  main  organiser  of  DF  was  getting
increasingly annoyed at the apparent inactivity (or at least
communication)  from  certain members so he decided to leave
and  start  a  new group.  Neø was born.  Quite a few of the
active  members  of  DF  also  joined  along with other guys
recruited from other groups.

 (The  Visual  Intensity  mag  is  left in the hands of Dual
Format,  and  they  maintain  that  it  will  continue, in a
recoded  form.   The Analect pack series will (as far as I'm
aware) cease to exist.)

 We  aim  to  keep  our  membership  small - so limiting any
communication problems, and also confine ourselves to people
that   actually  do  something  specific  rather  than  just
swapping.   We  have  loads  of planned releases, plus a new
intro  pack  series  called  OUTCAST and a new totally scene
related  mag  called:   VOCAL  POINT.   The Neø members list
currently looks like this:
