[2 @1 WRITE TO: @2 THE ZX FILES @4 30 THE ROWANS @5 WETHERBY @6 WEST YORKSHIRE @7 LS22 5EB @3 So you want to contribute to the greatest disk magazine ever (allegedly). Well first of all you need an Amiga. I presume that you own an Amiga or that you are using somebody's you know? If not, I can only assume that you are in your local Escom shop, stood in a corner cunningly loading up all your favourite software. Quick,#2 GET OUT@3 before they make you buy a PC on 12 months interest free credit, or even worse, you end up paying 400 smackeroos for a bog standard Amiga. @4 Still with us? Right, next up you need an art package to draw some piccies. They can be any size, but no AGA screens. Sorry, Disk Magazine Creator doesn't yet support AGA modes but I know that it's author Andy Gibson is working on it. If you want to play around with some original Speccy screens then grab yourself a copy of Quickgrab and get ... well grabbin' I suppose. @3 You wanna write the next literary masterpiece on the virtues of playing Jet Set Willy blindfolded or you fancy writing a review, some cheats or anything even remotely Speccy related, then all you need is a word processor which saves in ASCII. Tickle the old keyboard, save it to disk and bung it in the post. Simple really. If you are writing a review then you can MERGE in one of the relevant score-boxes which are found in the SCORE-DRAWER on disk 1. Edit them to how you wish or even design your own. @4 "Well what do I get out of this", I here you all shouting. Well you get one of the following, I won't say which but it sure is a beauty. @3 1. Guaranteed jackpot win on the lottery. 2. 2 weeks in Hawaii. #83. A copy of the next issue of the ZX Files. @3 4. Lifetime supply of Kleenex quilted toilet roll. 5. Instant sex appeal. @4 If you are a busy person then send me a postcard of where you live and let me know what you think of this whole caboodle.
