 The IFF-Cutter was written for all those guys, who wants to have
 more and more instrument disks (like me). Well, I think you know
 the problem, that if you sampled a sound and want to use it in a
 soundtracker, the  st will play the header, too.  To avoid this,
 you can cut the IFF-Header. So you need a programm for that, and
 schwupp! the IFF-Cutter was born.    I know that there are other
 cutters,too, but I think VISION's is the best one at the moment.

 So have fun with this tool and enjoy using it !!!!
