Load in a picture from a choice of six, with a nursery rhyme theme. Click on the colour you want to use and colour the picture. Has received excellent reviews in the glossy magazines. DV 3 GALLEONS Shadow Software 1 meg This game involves ship to ship combat using sailing ships. Up to four people can play and there are bonuses and unusual events! There are some cartoons at the beginning of the game. Galleons is compiled, but the source code is on the disk. Also on the disk is a second mini game called NEWZONE. Galleons does not AMOS to run but you will need it for NEWZONE. DV 7 4-WAY LYNX Andreas Andreou 1 meg Full documentation on the disk which I recommend that you read. The object of this 22 level puzzle game is to connect a specified number of tiles to the main centre tile. Each level has a certain target to reach before progress to the next level. If you have AMOS you can create your own levels up to a maximum of 40. Very addictive. DV 10 WORD FACTORY Delwyn Farr 512k Will run on 512k but 1 meg is needed to really appreciate this program. Educational program to help kids learn to spell and enjoy themselves at the same time. There are three choices: four, five and six letter words. The word comes up and you have five seconds to learn it. You then go through into the factory and using the joystick, move through the alphabet pressing fire when you reach the required letter. When the word is completed the factory comes to life and you are told if you have completed the word correctly. If you get it wrong you are given another chance. DV 11 GO GETTER Ronnie Simpson 1 meg This is a board game where you have to pass "GO". It is a two player game although you can play against the computer. You begin by setting a time limit for the length of time you want the game to last. At the bottom of the screen are a set of cards, you have to guess if the next card will be higher or lower than the last. If you land on a coloured square then you are transported to a square of the same colour. There are various ways of getting bonuses along the way with main points coming from passing GO. A simple concept, but then so was Tetris. Good graphics, music and game play. DV 12 HYPNOTIC LAND Lindasoft (Italy) 1 meg Catch the balls in the right colour cup as they shoot down four lanes. Using the mouse you can place arrows on the lanes to re-direct the balls. You get 100 points for each ball caught, 200 for rainbow balls. First level is easy but they get harder and harder. Octopuses come from above placing arrows, and other monsters steal your arrows. Twenty levels in all.. DV 15 ARC ANGELS SHAPES Arc Angel 1 meg Remember the "fuzzy felt"? Well this program is very similar. You have a variety of shapes from which to create your pictures. You can change their colours and put one shape on top of another to create a new one.. DV 16 REVERSI II Dominic Ramsey 1 meg New improved version of Reversi, the computerised version of the old classic "Othello". Now you can choose from a variety of six counters including, night & day, rain & shine, cars & buses and the traditional black & white. Smoother rotation of counters and a general overhaul account for this program being "promoted" to Licenseware. DV 17 DOGFIGHT II Shadow Software 1 meg Up to eight players can be involved in this game - you have to turn the computer sideways to accommodate them all. However there are many ways to play it. In the one player mode you can take on all comers in an aerial dogfight. Control your plane to make mincemeat of all the others. Various bonuses give you special weapons. DV 18 TOUCHSTONES Spence Davies 512k Well produced version of an "Ishido" type game. You can play with tournament or graffiti. Six different options for play. Choose to play against a friend or the computer. Who can place the most number of stones? DV 19 X-IT-50 Ronnie Simpson 512k Split into two screens, one screen contains your piece which you have to move over keys to collect them to progress to the next level. Using the mouse you have to fire at objects which move across the other screen. You gain extra time and ammunition by hitting the relevant symbols. The game also includes a level designer once you get tired of the 50 provided. You need to complete five levels in order to get a password for the next batch of levels. DV 25 THE MISSION Jim MacBrayne 1 meg Remember the Infocom text adventures? There was no need for graphics as the text was so well written, full of humour and atmosphere. Well now you can once more revel in the realms of atmospheric text and rack your brains over the ingenious puzzles in this program. Dust off your lamp and trusty sword you are going to need them. DV 26 C.Y.A.D. James Newcombe 1 meg This is an absolutely brilliant puzzle game played with a joystick. Not easy to explain, but here goes! What does C.Y.A.D. mean? That one I can answer. Controlled Yellow Automated Device. The object of the game is to control C.Y.A.D. and move North, South, East or West, it will stop only when it hits something solid. There are mines which you must not touch and there are objects you can use to your advantage. There is not really enough room here to completely describe the game but, take it from me this game is not to be missed. If you like games that tax the little grey cells this is the one for you. Fully documented with tutorial levels to help you get the feel of the game. DV 28 BUDDBASE 1 John Brain 1 meg If you have always fancied using a database but have been terrified by the complexity of them, you can fear no more. This database is specifically designed for the beginner. There is nothing complicated about it. It has a full tutorial to get you going and is simplicity itself to use. Also it is attractive and you cannot say that about many databases. DV 35 T-TECDRAW Trevor Taylor 1 meg Written in a combination of AMOS and Hi Soft Basic. A utility to produce technical drawings which you can then print out. Loads of options included and very easy to use. DV 36 FRACGEN II Gary Silvock 1 meg If you are interested in fractals then this program will be of interest to you. I just enjoyed playing with the program and watching the pictures appear on the screen. I have been getting some brilliant results using the Fractal Wallpaper option. Even if you have never seen a fractal program before this one may stimulate your interest. There are ten different options including Henon Maps, Fractal Planets, Mandlebrots, Julia sets and some that are not so well known. DV 39 MAGIC FOREST II Shadow Software 1 meg Magic Forest II is a sideways scroller created using AMOS & AMOS TOME. Magic Forest was a freebie given away with early versions of AMOS. The sequel however is far superior in every way. Controlling Wilbert you must kill all the nasties and collect all the apples and goodies in the forest in this addictive game. Graphics are excellent. DV 40 SPRITE BANK EDITOR Blitter Boys 512k This utility is written for AMOS users to make manipulating sprite banks a dream. Use this utility to browse through your sprite banks pulling out all the ones you need and saving them to a new bank. The Blitter Boys have also come up with a new file requester that will really impress you (who said it could not be done). This is one of the most professional looking programs I have seen written in AMOS. Comes with printed documentation to guide you step by step through using the program. Also on the disk for you to use in your own programs are ten sprite banks. You can look at them via Workbench and also run the seven demos which were created using these sprites to show you how they look in action. Superb sprites for the more popular types of games. DV 41 RESCUE Paul Ramsell 512k Created using Incentives 3D Construction Kit. For age 10 to 90. More of a 3D adventure than anything else. You have to rescue a kidnapped hostage. Using the mouse you have all the usual options of moving around and you can click on objects to examine them for clues. Lots of enjoyment in this game. DV 43 LAZERZONE Steve Bennett 1 meg One or two player game, joystick control. The object is to blast the aliens and reach level 30. You can buy new weapons if you manage to get enough credits. At the end of each level you get the option of dealing with "Honest Nerd" to buy your weapons. There are cloaking devices, Force Fields, Hellfire, Shields and Power Shots. DV 44 FORMULA ONE Amivision 1 meg Choose from one to four players, name your manager and begin. There is full documentation but here is a quick description. You start with some money and you have to buy an engine for your car, manufacturer of tyres and a driver. You are then shown a map of the circuit and are given the weather conditions. You can even request pit stops and change tyres. As your money builds up you can buy another driver and car etc. This is a very comprehensive game and is highly recommended. Read the Load/Save docs before you play and prepare a formatted disk to store your saved positions. DV 45 MUSIC BOX Colin Nayler 1 meg This program has been written for age 7 and upwards. There are many options including: A bit about music - which explains notes etc. How to use the Music Box - explains how to use the program. There are some well known tunes supplied which you can experiment with. The program is icon controlled with the mouse and there is a help facility. You can save your finished pieces of music to disk. Excellent program to introduce music. DV 46 MAGPIE'S CLIP ART 1 The Magpie 512k This disk contains more than 300 items of scanned clip art for you to use in art packages or DTP. Topics are: animals, birds, cartoons, scenes, sport, transport and much more. You will not find these pieces of clips anywhere else. DV 47 DIRTY CASH Cruxsoft 1 meg This is the best fruit machine I have ever seen on the Amiga. The graphics and sound effects are superb. All the normal options are given. If you want all the excitement of playing a fruit machine but without losing money then play this. DV 50 MAGPIE'S CLIP ART 2 The Magpie 512k This disk contains more original clip art including: animals, birds, fish, insects, living, natives, people, reptiles, cooking, food, sport badges, cartoon, misc, presents, statues and scenes. All are top quality. DV 51 MAGICAL YOUNG ARTIST Daisy Software 512k Nice program for the younger Amiga user. There are a selection of paint pots with different colours and you can colour in a variety of outline pictures, just like in a colouring in book, by clicking on a picture. There is an OOPS button for if you make a mistake, you can clear the colours or load in another picture from the disk Approx 30 pictures on the disk. DV 53 MAGPIE'S CLIP ART 3 The Magpie 512k More clip art. Topics covered on this disks include: animals, scenes, people, transport, misc, buildings, food, camping, climbing, cooking, plants, tools and Xmas. DV 54 MAGPIE'S CLIP ART 4 The Magpie 512k More clip art. Topics include: animals, birds, scenes, people, heads, insects, misc, cartoon, gods, transport and plants. DV 55 SPRITEX Aaron Fothergill 1 meg AMOS req This disk is for AMOS users only and is an extension to the AMOS program. It knocks spots off the original sprite editor supplied with AMOS. Has more features than the one being supplied with the compiler. DV 56 CTEXT Aaron Fothergill 1 meg AMOS req This is another extension to the AMOS program, and is essential to all serious AMOS programmers. It allows you to use icon based fonts which can be drawn up to 64 colours and displayed proportionally on the screen with kerning if needed. CTEXT fonts are loaded in as icon banks and do not need to be loaded in again from disk. CTEXT fonts do not corrupt memory like normal disk fonts. Two versions are on the disk one for the AMOS 1.23 and the other for AMOS 1.3. Some fonts are also supplied on the disk so you can start experimenting with the program immediately. DV 57 KIDDIE'S CLIP ART 1 The Magpie 512k This disk contains loads of line drawn art which is especially suited to children. These pictures can be loaded into any art package and coloured in on screen. They can also be used in a DTP. Subject include: people, scenes and transport. DV 58 LOCKS, KEYS & ENEMIES Andreas Andreou 1 meg This is a cute sideways scroller with the hero Dimi, having to match the keys with the locks of the same colour. Having done that you are given another little game to complete before going on to the following level. There is a password you can enter if you get far enough to earn the privilege. You must also avoid the enemies which hurtle across the screen and be agile enough to leap over the pits, some of which have nasties in them. DV 60 TECHNO SNAIL Paul Ramsell 1 meg Gurgle the snail has snailnapped all the snail babies and it is up to the brave TECHNO SNAIL to get them back. This is a very cute platform game. You get rid of the enemies by firing slime at them, collect all the baby snails from a level before a gateway opens onto the next stage. Avoid the snail pellets and pick up the baby snails as they cry for help. DV 61 THE FINAL CHAPTER Paul Ramsell 1 meg The final chapter of the book of the dead has been read and it is your mission to close it. This is a 3D graphic adventure written using 3D construction Kit by Incentive Software. You move around a 3D world entering buildings and examining what you find there. You can talk to people who will give you clues to help you on your way. DV 62 REVOLUTION Chris Roper 1 meg This game will cater for up to four players at a time, using 2 joysticks and three keys from the keyboard and keypad for the other two players. The instructions are simple, move your man to the top of the screen before anyone else. The more players taking part the more fun the game becomes. There are six levels and everyone gets to finish as you do not die, your score just goes into the minus points, so players of all abilities can enjoy the game, and no one has to sit and watch the other players because they died. DV 63 WILBERT'S WINTER WONDERLAND Shadow Software 1 meg Welcome to Wilbert's Winter Wonderland. Wilbert is enjoying a white christmas in the magic forest. This is a christmas romp with lots of snow and christmas crackers which you bounce on your head till they get so big that they explode killing the wicked pixies. You also have to collect the christmas presents, while avoiding the Jack-in-the-Box. DV 64 RESCUE II Paul Ramsell 1 meg Terrorists have tampered with 3 nuclear bombs and are trying to escape to international waters before the bombs detonate. You have to gain access to the missile control computers and discover what has been done to the missiles, then defuse them. However the terrorists have taken the computer access cards DV 65 POWER PLANNER Amigavision 512k This disk will help you keep track of your life. It's a personal organiser which will remind you of things you might otherwise have forgotten, such as great aunt Matilda's birthday or that you have to go to school or work Monday. Each reminder is given a priority value which means you can be reminded of events a month, a week or a day before they take place, or even the day itself. The program latches on to a built in clock if available, if not set the clock inside the program each time you use it. DV 66 HOTEL MANAGER Ronnie Simpson 1 meg This game is about buying up strings of hotels and upgrading their star rating so you can charge even higher rates to those who land on your hotels. There can be up to four players, they can be human or computer, those you choose not to use are put to sleep. There are rewards and pitfalls in the race around the board, you can get wheel clamped or sent to hospital, win the lottery or get interest on your bank balance. Play to a set time limit or play to the bitter end. You will get a lot of fun out of this game without the problems of clumsy players knocking the board over. DV 67 CYADONIA James Newcombe 1 meg There are 49 puzzles in this program. You control the yellow automated device to collect diamonds and find your way to the exit. Having completed the first level you are given access to a choice of levels, so if you get stuck on one you can choose another. DV 69 MAGICAL MIX UP Daisy Software 512k This is a jigsaw type game with a choice of difficulty levels, which means this software will cater to a wide range of age groups. The player can select the start level as well as the number of pieces. The picture that will be mixed up is then shown to you then, after this has moved away, the screen shows the picture sliced up into pieces, these could be rectangles or thin strips. Click to pick up a piece of the puzzle, then if you move left, the screen slides over to reveal a frame where the puzzle is put together. Every time you complete a picture, the display changes and you progress to another picture. DV 70 PAINTBOX Sancho 1 meg This is a very nice painting package with 16 ready drawn pictures to colour in as well as a draw facility for you to draw your own pictures, or alter the ones already in the program. The colouring option has 32 colours as well as a choice of pattern fills. If you choose to draw, you can use box, circle, line or freehand draw in a choice of colours. You can load/save artwork for a future date. If you find the music distracting you can change it to sound effects. DV 71 BATTLECARS Philip G Harle 1 meg As the title suggests this is a car racing game. It is exceptionally professional in appearance with great thought having been taken to make everything look and feel just right. This game beats many of the commercial games both by looks and gameplay. There is a choice of 1 or 2 players, 1, 2, 4 or 8 race games, 10 levels of ability and five different tracks and weapons. Whether you race against the computer or friend, it is great fun. The screen is split into two so each player can keep track of their own car and the scrolling is the best yet seen in an AMOS game. DV 73 DATABASE V3.01 Andrew Maule 1 meg This is a very nice looking database with a very nice colour scheme which can be customised to your own preferences. It is easy to use with instructions on the disk as well as example files for you to see how it works. Once created you can use the different facilities by clicking on the icons in the control panel. A useful database for keeping personal records such as details of your record collection or P.D. disks. DV 74 SOUR GRAPES Chris Banks 1 meg This is a 3D isometric game. You have to bounce around the titles gathering points by gathering grapes, but look out for poison ones. There are several bonus features which will increase your score, but hop the wrong way and you fall through space to an unknown place and lose a life. You do not kill the opposition, you get them drunk. You have to fill a bottle with wine then place it on an adjacent square to the Nikkynack. If the Nikkynack lands on that square you have a drunken Nikkynack. Sounds weird but it is a great game. The graphics are good DV 75 VIDEO LAB S Lennox-Gorden 512k This program will run on 512k but 1 meg is recommended. This video titling package will be of use to Amiga owners who would like to title their videos without going to the expense of buying a genlock. Designed for home rather than for professional use, this is a cheap and very usable alternative. DV 76 T-TEC MAZE Trevor Taylor 1 meg This is a game for puzzle solvers. You have to move across the maze to reach the exit on the opposite side of the screen. The maze is made up of gates that can be switched on or off by moving over coloured circles which are placed on the paths. These circles can be either single coloured where just the gates of that colour are affected, or have up to six colours where many gates open and shut. It is easy to get stuck, but you will soon learn how to avoid these situations. There is a demo game so you can get the general idea of the gameplay and there is plenty of documentation on the disk for you to read. Good game for exercising the little gray cells. DV 77 POWERBASE Stephen Rennocks 1 meg This is a database that should cater for everyones needs. It has plenty of documentation on the disk to help you get the most from this powerful database. Options include adding, deleting, editing, copying, inserting and swapping records, printing out the results etc. The database is controlled via menu & icon options for ease of use. A very professional program in both appearance and facilities offered. Can store up to 10,000 records on a 1 meg machine. DV 78 SPECTRA & CHEATLISTER Stephen Rennocks 1 meg Spectra is a logic puzzle game, which is not as easy as it first seams. The idea is to change colours of the buttons on the left of the screen to match those on the right. This is done by clicking on a button, but the button that you click on changes through two moves of the given set of colours, while the buttons next to it change to the next colour on the list. This makes the puzzles more interesting as the game progresses through the levels. Passwords are given for you to skip the lower levels once they have been completed. Cheatlister gives cheats for lots of popular games which you can print out. DV 79 MUSIC ENGINE Paul Townsend 1 meg This is a stand alone program, but its function is to allow you to play music created in your favourite music editor inside AMOS without converting to AMOS format first. Allows you to use music from Sound Tracker, MED, Sonix, GMC & Octamed without conversion. DV 80 ICON BANK EDITOR The Blitter Boys 512k This program basically does for icons what Sprite Bank Editor does for sprites. The file selector has been further improved, it was already very impressive in S.B.E. There are some sample files on the disk. DV 82 COLOURING BOOK II Trevor Prince 1 meg This program was eight pictures to colour in. There is a novel way of selecting colours from the palette, each colour is displayed on a rocket which zooms off when you click on it. The program is totally mouse controlled and allows you to load and save pictures from a second drive if available. DV 83 PICTURE HANGMAN Trevor Prince 1 meg This program will introduce young children to the traditional game of hangman. It is very nicely presented with colourful control panels. The `dashes' which show you how many letters there are in the mystery word bounce down from the top of the screen. You select letters by clicking on tiles at the bottom of the screen, if you make a wrong guess the tile turns black, a correct guess puts a pattern over the tile and a portion of the picture is displayed. After guessing the whole word you have a picture to colour in if you wish. DV 84 GUESS WHO Ronnie Simpson 1 meg This game is in two parts, the first is a hangman type game where you have to guess the name of a person or object. A wrong guess adds to your error meter, the aim is to get as many right as possible before this meter fills up and you are taken to the second part of the game. In this part the aim is to use the guesses earned earlier to reveal a hidden picture. You also have the chance to play some of your joker cards which will give you an extra life or some extra guesses. The pictures are digi pics of famous people and when you know the answer to the question that is asked you can enter the initials. A wrong guess loses a life. The game is mouse controlled and easy to play. DV 85 MAGIC WASSOCKS DYS 1 meg This arcade type game features a little yellow creature who has to go around collecting the magic wassocks from the various platforms on the screen. There are many nasties to avoid such as giant mushrooms which pop up and kill you at the slightest touch as do the spears which come out of the brickwork. If you find and retrieve the lost disk you gain extra points. The game is joystick controlled and very addictive. Choose between music and sound effects. DV 87 PUZZWORD N.J. Harris 1 meg This is a sliding puzzle type crossword game which you control with the joystick. Each screen has fixed blocks with other blocks appearing one at a time from an entrance at the top left of the screen. The idea is to slide these blocks into place to form words as shown in the answer grid at the bottom. These blocks will always move as far as they can in the direction you send them, so be careful planning is needed. You have 9 minutes to play, the clock keeps ticking from one level to another so there is no time to waste. You have the option of restarting a level when your time goes back to 9 minutes but you can only do this 3 times. When you complete a level you are given a code so you can skip levels next time you play. DV 88 REMM Robbie Miller 1 meg This is a utility program that will design mapped screen layouts from tiled graphics, REMM does in fact stand for Robbie's Enormous Map Maker and aims to take up where TAME (supplied with AMOS) leaves off. The program has a very professional control panel and the graphics supplied can only be described as superb. Also on the disk is RAMS (Robbie's Amazing Map Scroller). This will allow you to scroll around a REMM map using the joystick. A graphics support disk is available on DV 92. DV 89 SKYBASE 22 Stephen Mackins 1 meg This is an arcade/strategy game that is very absorbing and addictive. The object of the game is to take over all eight sectors of Skybase 22. Apart from your enemy there are also neutral who do not attack but can be useful. The game is fully documented and although easy to play it is not easy to win. DV 90 CONCERT BOX Colin Nayler 1 meg This program follows on from Music Box which teaches children the beginnings of music theory and lets them write tunes for themselves. Concert Box goes further by explaining some more advanced theory. The program has excellent presentation and is really user friendly. The tutorial pages are well set out and make music easy to understand. The control panel is also well set out and easy to operate. All you have to do is click the mouse on the icons and you are off. In this package the method of mixing your instruments has been improved. All the instruments are listed and you select which one you want to use in each channel by highlighting a box in one of the four columns next to the instrument name. DV 91 FUN TO LEARN Paul Berkley 1 meg Full of activities and games to play to help your children enjoy learning. Subjects covered include Maths, English and Geography as well as four little games to play for fun. The idea is to earn money by using the educational titles so you can pay 20p to play the fun games. Programs are Geography Quiz, where you have to click on the place asked for. Word Mix, where two words are jumbled together for you to sort out. Flags, identify the flag from the list given. Word Dunk, a hangman clone. Currencies & Capitals, choose the capital and currency of the given country from a choice of three. Daisgram, this is an anagram puzzle. Maths Show, presents math questions in the form of a game show. The fun games include versions of 4 in a row, noughts & crosses, a bat and ball game and a sliding puzzle. The program has 2 characters Smiley Smile & Frowny Frown featured throughout. DV 92 REMM GRAPHICS DISK 1 Robbie Miller 1 meg This disk contains graphics to be used with REMM which is on DV 88. DV 94 ALL SQUARE Steve Rennocks 1 meg A puzzle game where you are given a grid of 16 coloured squares, one of which is a blank. The aim is to move these squares around so that eventually the inner 9 squares match the ones on the grid at the bottom of the screen. This is where the blank square comes in as you have to use this to move the blocks around as you would in a sliding puzzle. You should try to make as few moves as possible to get your name on the `low moves' table. The game is joystick controlled and can be played by one or two players. DV 95 KIDDIE'S CLIP ART 2 The Magpie 512k A disk full of clip art that is suitable for children to load into their favourite art package to colour in. Useful for adults as well to use in DTP work as well. The disk has a selector program to allow you to view the pictures outside an art package. DV 96 MAGIC WASSOCKS 2 DYS 1 meg Follow on to Magic Wassocks 1. This joystick controlled game has marvelous colourful graphics, it looks and plays well. DV 97 MAGPIE'S CLIP ART 5 The Magpie 512k Another disk full of The Magpie's clip art. This disk contains a selector that allows you to view the pictures outside an art package. The program has 10,000 words so some of the words are quite long. However the program will select the words appropriate to the level of the player. It will also give you a print out. Build up from one truck to the biggest fleet in the country. Set in Australia, this is a much updated version of the bugged and slower running Public Domain version. Any spare cash can be played on the stock market. Up to four players. Recommended CLG 8 DRAGON TILES 512k This game is simple in concept, 120 patterned tiles piled on each other in various layouts. The tiles have 30 different designs on them and have to be removed from the board in matching pairs. Sounds simple, but it is really addictive. CLG 9 MOTOR DUAL 1 meg Although this game can be a one player game, for the best excitement, two Amigas need to be linked together with a Null Modem Cable. You are in control of one of the two cars that race and dual in a choice of four different arenas CLG 11 ALL GUNS BLAZING 1 meg Two player car racing game. You can also blast the other player's car with missiles, lay mines, oil slicks and smoke. Design your own tracks. CLG 12 BULLDOZER BOB 1 meg The object of the game is to clear the screen of coloured blocks by pushing them together. You push the blocks with the help of Bob & his bulldozer, once the blocks touch they disappear. You have a limited number of moves to clear the screen. Full instructions on disk. CLG 13 PARADOX 1 meg In this game you have to push the coloured balls until they touch and disappear. You have a time limit for each screen (100 of them). There are also a variety of objects to collect, but beware of traps! Similar to Bulldozer Bob except here you use Mr Cool Head. CLG 14 SONIC SMARTIEHEAD 1 meg This is one for the kids 8 years and up. Sonic Smartiehead is a robot, help in collect the keys on various levels. Nice platform game. CLG 15 SPLODGE - THE ESCAPE 1 meg Help Splodge escape from Triton. Guide him through the game solving puzzles, avoiding enemies and collecting coins to buy a ticket. CLE 16 CRYSTAL CRUSADE 1 meg This is an excellent maze game along the lines of Pacman, collect the jewels while avoiding the enemy. To finish level, clear screen and head for the exit. Gets harder the further you go. CLG 17 IMBRIUM - DAY OF RECKONING 1 meg Imbrium is a large graphic adventure. The character can be moved using the joystick and can interact with objects on screen through the menu system. Load and save facility and full documentation. CLG 18 SKAN 29 512k Can you save the planet Skan 29 from the Big Droids. You have to find the Big Droid at the end of each level and kill it. CLG 20 JUNGLE BUNGLE 1 meg This is an icon driven graphic adventure with children in mind but absorbing enough for most adventurers. Excellent graphics. CLG 21 FLOWER POWER 1 meg In this game you have to grow some flowers for the flower show, but the bugs have other ideas - they want to eat them. You have to frighten them away by waving your arms about. Joystick controlled. CLG 22 STOCKING FILLERS 1 meg A collection of Christmas games for younger children. Christmajig - select a stocking and either paint the picture or play the puzzle. Concentration - match the cards, click on the computer and you play Santa delivering parcels down chimneys. CLG 23 MARVIN THE MARTIAN 1 meg You play the part of Marvin looking for his girl friend Meryl, who has been kidnapped. To complete levels you have to collect some treasure items. Scrolling maze game. CLG 24 EASY MONEY 1 meg Mouse driven fruit machine game (one arm bandit). The idea is to make as much money out of 10 games as possible, top 5 scores are saved to disk. Note: it's easy to win, more games CLG 25 WHITE RABBITS 1 meg The aim is to save the rabbits from being squashed, move them to safety using sliding coloured blocks. Good mind game, has 4 levels of difficulty. CLG 26 MONSTER ISLAND 1 meg This is a role playing game for children. The aim is to rescue a castaway from Monster Island, take him to the radio beacon where you can call a helicopter to rescue you both. There are 5 characters to choose from, and you can enter your own name. The game is icon controlled which makes it easy for children to use. There are things to find that will help you, and you can fight the monsters. Two levels of difficulty, easy and hard. CLG 27 SHYMER 1 meg All the rhymes in the land of Nursee are mixed up and you have to put them right. You also have to mend your boat and find your missing cat. This adventure uses simple verb, noun input, and there is a speech option. CLG 28 TIME RIFT 1 meg Platform style shoot 'em up, joystick controlled. Collect potions etc. to give extra power, avoid all the hazards to get to your goal. CLG 29 BILLY BALL 1 meg Guide Billy over the tiles through five worlds. Avoid the baddies, pick up extra lives & power and help him guide his companion out of the maze. Nice game. CLG 30 CAPTAIN K 1 meg Collect flowers etc. and destroy the nasties in this very bright and colourful platform game. CLG 32 7 BLOCKS 1 meg The idea of the game is simple. As the coloured blocks drop down pick up the corresponding colour block and throw it to hit the one descending. First level is quite easy but gets harder and is not as simple as it first seems. CLG 34 CYBENET 1 meg Work your way through a maze collecting objects along the way, open doors by shooting them, but be careful you only have a limited amount of ammo. Seems impossible but it can be done. Each level gets harder. CLG 35 OG 1 meg Very nice platform game featuring OG the caveman. Collect the fruit to score points, be careful to avoid the snails and dinosaurs etc. CLG 36 RAW 1 meg The worms are fed up being used as bait by fishermen so they have decided to rid the world of fishing gear. You control a worm in this very nice platform game. CLG 38 QUINGO V2 1 meg This is an excellent quiz game. There are 3,000 top class questions on the disk. Full documentation. CLG 39 CYBALL 1 meg Control a bouncing ball trough a maze and try to pick up the stars. Avoid the spikes as they will destroy you. Just to make things interesting the ball will travel in one direction until it hits something solid and then it bounces back the other way. CLG 40 TRAX 1 meg One armed bandit style game, but in this one you control four sets of reels. All the usual features, hold, nudge, gamble, collect etc. CLG 41 F1 RACER 1 meg Simulation type game using 3D Polygons to recreate Formula 1 Racing. You can alter the setting for gearbox, wings, brake and tyres etc. To enable you to get the best performance you can test your car before racing. Mouse controlled. Full instructions on disk. CLG 42 CRYSTAL SKULL 1 meg Lost for 1,000 years The Crystal Skull is said to bestow magical powers on its owner. The Skulls whereabouts has been traced to The Amazon Basin. Your job as Indiana Smith is to retrieve it from the Aztec Pyramids, but there are pitfalls along the way. Very good adventure game. CLG 43 PICK IT 2 disks 1 meg Trivia type game for 2 - 5 players. It has a unique feature of digitised pictures or drawn puzzles to recognise, these are revealed one at a time as you answer a question correctly. Excellent program, recomended. CLG 44 VIKING SAGA 1 meg This is a strategy game in which you play the role of Akillion striving to remove your neighbouring kings. Your goal in the first part is to gain control of all twelve settlements and place your defending armies in select positions. You have only ten days to complete your quest. You can buy weapons, set up trade and docking income, invade towns, defend towns and recall information on nearly all aspects of your environment. Your target in the second part is to capture Lord Doomdark. The outcome of this part depends on your skill in placing your defenders in the first part. The game is mouse driven, fully prompted with instructions supplied on disk. CLG 46 THE ARCHIPELAGOS CAMPAIGN 1 meg Strategy game for up to six players. Set upon a group islands, each player has equal territory & troops. The aim is to rule all the islands, each island you take over increases your manpower etc. Good for beginners. Full instructions are on disk. CLG60 Wizz 2 (1MB) This is a game construction utility which allows you to design and layout your own amazing Platform games. It takes only a few minutes to design and you also have the options to create cheat modes, edit lives and much more. The finished game will have all the relevant sounds inserted and I am told there is space for around 90 completed games on this floppy. There are 3 games already there for you to edit if you wish. You can have as many levels as you want to for each game. A blinding little game creator. CLG63 Astronutty (1MB) This is a mixture of puzzle, platform and strategy. Having been given a selection of letters around the screen, you are given a cryptic clue which must be solved using some of the letters on the screen. You must try to move the correct letter around the screen into a box at the bottom in the correct order and within a strict time limit. Starts off easy and gets really hard after several levels. There are hundreds of levels to work through, a very good game concept. CLG64 Mahjong/Plum It (2 disks, 1MB) As the title suggests this is a two game set. Mahjong is a variation of the old classic Shanghai and similar to Dragon Tiles, it has lots of levels and good graphics. Plum It is a conversion of the SNES console game based on Teris, it is by far the best variation I have seen. Brilliant, I could not stop playing this game. CLG65 Weapons Master (1MB) This is an all action blood and guts game based on the Street Fighter format with the bloody action of Mortal Kombat. The game is also unique as it allows the option of 4 players with the joystick adaptor. Nicely written and presented.
