NEW MD_EXTRAS DISK !!

   MEGADISC began the MD_EXTRAS disks with issue 31 (thanks to Paul
  McLachlan for the idea and for compiling #31 and Steve Bolton for
  compiling them since), to supplement each issue of MEGADISC by providing
  programs and utilities that are mentioned in the Megadisc articles,
  tutorials and reviews (if it's PD).  This will save users from hunting
  around all over the Public Domain and will be nicely arranged to be
  referred to from the various articles.

   These disks may be ordered as part of a subscription from Megadisc ($20
  per 6 issue subscription, or $12 for a 3 issue sub), or as
  separate disks for $5 individually.  Simply quote MDE and the issue of
  MegaDisc that you want the extras disk for - for example, MDE_34 for this
  issue's disk.  Or let us know that you want to get it when you get your
  Megadisc subscription.  Please note that it is not possible at this stage
  to get MDEs before 31.

   Send in the PD you mention

   To further this end, could contributors, when they write a piece for
  MegaDisc, simply place any public domain software they mention in their
  article or tutorial or whatever on the disk they send in to Tim, or at
  least info on where it can be found on our PD collection. If you don't
  know, that's ok, but it will enable a quicker production time for the
  disk.

                                file.
    ClipIt V1.1                 Allows you to take a "clip" of part of a
                                screen and save it as an IFF file.
    EPU V1.4                    Real time de/compression allows hard drive
                                users to get double the amount of data on
                                their drives.
    FastWindows                 An intuition based window designer for Amiga
                                programmers.
    LP V1.18                    Prepares files for printing.
    MultiCalc V1.0              A high precision calculator (can give
                                answers to 3000 digits!)
    NumPad_A600                 A patch for reassigning the missing Numeric
                                Keypad on A600s.
    Pipe                        Pipe the output of one program to the input
                                of another.
    pAddRocMem0.3               Update to the version on MD33, fixes a MAJOR
                                bug.
    SingleFile                  Checks a disk or hard drive for repeated
                                files.
    SnoopDOS V1.7               Great for debugging or just finding out why
                                programs fail to load.
    TIFF2IFF                    Converts TIFF files into IFF files.
