SO WHAT THE HECK IS CPUSAGE ANYWAY?  

   Well, CPUsage allows you to see how much your 68000 (or 680x0) is actually
  being used.  CPUsage will use your power LED to indicate when the CPU is
  active and when the CPU is idle.  Anyway, below is the full documentation
  extracted directly from the source code:

    SYNOPSIS
	CPUsage    (can be called from CLI or WorkBench)

    FUNCTION
	CPUsage uses the Amiga's power LED to indicate CPU usage.  To do
	this, CPUsage launches a monitor task with priority -128 (the
	lowest possible task priority) which simply waits to be
	terminated.  There is no need to "run" or "runback" CPUsage.

	The power LED is turned off whenever the monitor task gains
	control of the CPU, indicating that the CPU would otherwise be
	idle.  The power LED is turned on when the monitor task loses
	control of the CPU, indicating that another task or an interrupt
	is making use of the CPU.  Even with "no" CPU usage, the power
	LED will flash as interrupts are serviced.

	To terminate the CPUsage monitor task, simply run CPUsage again.
	CPUsage will locate the monitor task and terminate it.

OTHER USES

   You can get an accurate display of how idle the CPU is by running Xoper
  with CPUsage running (Xoper is © Werner Günther, to be found on Fish 318).
  Xoper will display how much time each task uses as a percentage of the
  total time the CPU is active (it doesn't take idle CPU time into account).
  When CPUsage is active, its monitor task (called "CPUsage © 1992 Mike
  McCallum") uses the CPU when it would otherwise be idle.  Therefore, the
  percentage beside the CPUsage monitor task is actually the percentage of
  the time that the CPU is idle! Accurate to 0.1 percent too!
