   Welcome to this first release of MavOff V3.0, the Alternative Offline Mail
  Reader for RA systems that don't have an Offline mail reader available.
  This programme was written to service a requirement for Twister BBS users
  who capture their mail as an ASCII file, then reply offline.

   This programme should work equally well on all RA run BBSs.  I've
  successfully used it with Predators BBS and Galen BBS.

  This programme is released into the Public Domain.  However I retain all
  rights to the programme and the support files.  There are no guarantees
  with regard to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
  Basically you use it at your own risk.  The author takes nor accepts any
  responsibility for loss or damage to data arising from a persons use or
  inability to use the supplied programme.  This programme can be freely
  distributed.  All I ask is that this documentation accompanies it.


 Required Files:
 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
 MavOff V3.0 requires that the following files be present:

	Deckbrowser V1.60 - this should be in the c: directory
	Offline-Cfg.Deck  - this should be in the same drawer as MavOff
	MavOff.cfg        - the configuration file created by
			    Offline-Cfg.Deck.  It is not necessary for this
			    file to exist for the programme to run.


 Programme Details:
 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
  The programme is broken into two main screens.  The first screen is
  displayed once the programme is run.  This is the message screen.  The
  second screen is displayed when you reply to messages.  Each screen is
  divided into three main areas:

 Message Screen:
 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
  The message screen is where you will read the mail that you've captured.
  The regions defined in figure 1 have the following functions:

     Message Header:
     ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
  The message header displays the message information. ie who sent the
  message, the message topic etc.


     Command Buttons:
     ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
  The command buttons are the main way to perform functions with MavOff.
  Just click away and your there.  The buttons available and their functions
  are:

	Load  - selects the message file you wish to reply to.

	First - move to the first message in the file.

	Last  - move to the last message in the file.

	Next  - move to the next message.

	Prev  - move to the previous message.

	Quote - if you click on a line in the message text area this
		enables you to copy the current line to the reply message
		area.  Once it has copied it then places the cursor on the
		next line.  To quote multiple lines just keep clicking the
		button.

	Reply  - moves to the reply to message window.

	Config - loads the configuration editor, if found at startup time.
		 If the config editor is missing or not in the same
		 directory as MavOff then clicking on this button will do
		 nothing.


     Message Text:
     ~~~~~~~~~~~~
  Displays the current message.  If there is more text in the current message
  than can be displayed on the screen, use the scroll bar at the bottom of
  the screen to access the remainder.


 Reply Screen:
 ~~~~~~~~~~~~
  The reply screen uses the same layout as the message screen.  The message
  header displays the details about the current message being replied to.
  The following options are available in the command buttons:

	Return - takes you back to the message screen, clears the reply
		 message document.

	Line   - formats the current line to the set line length.  This is
		 set to 74 characters as a default option.

	Top    - moves the editing cursor to the beginning of the file.

	Save   - specify name for the current file.

	Para   - works the same as the line option only it will format an
		 entire paragraph.

	Bottm  - moves the editing cursor to the end of the file.

	Quote  - returns to the message document allowing you to quote
		 other sections of text.

	Start  - moves the editing cursor to the beginning of the current
		 line.

	End    - moves the editing cursor to the end of the current line.


 Bugs and Upgrades:
 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
  This programme as is works just fine for me.  However if there are any
  bugs, or features that you'd like to see added to the programme then let me
