You only get two tries to get one right, so if you hit the wrong key
on the first, don't miss on the second or the program will lock up.

The object of the game is to prevent the Book of Magic from being created.  


The following are beginning clues so don't look if you dont want to know:










Your first quest is to find the hall of visions.  It is in redstone castle in
the SE.  Use the gold key.

Your second quest is to find the wand of power.  It is in the tombs, which is a
very tough place.  Before you try, play wizard's squares at the casino till you
get 12,000 gold or more (the odds on this game are in your favor.  A simple
doubling strategy is usually very effective due to the high (30%) chance of a
hit.).  Go to Onatago and buy 99magic missles.  Then go to Santor and buy 99
fireballs.  Go to the tombs and fry anything that comes at you (don't even
think about fighting these escapees from a Stephen King novel in melee).  Don't
bother with Sonic Whine and Time Sap spells, they are very difficult to cast at
your intelligence level, plus they're overpriced and only marginally effective.


If you're in a pinch for some food, rub the moonstone (after you find it!).

The holy ones will sell you more bread after you bring them the appropriate
gift (don't worry, they'll automatically take the right one, none of that
"HACKER" bullshit).

Tanglers get smeared by Hammers.
