FastMode

FastMode is a very small and simple 2.04-only utility which controls the
PARB_FASTMODE bit of parallel.device. When this flag is on, printing will be
much faster (2.5 times faster on my LJIIP printing from a 68010 Amiga 2000),
but the printer must be fast enough to keep up (see the parallel.device
autodoc for more info about this). Just try and look what happens.

FastMode accepts ON or OFF as arguments; the bit will be set accordingly.
FastMode's template will be printed if you specify the standard '?'
argument. FastMode is a pure command and can be made resident.
