PatchLoadSeg.				11-3-1991

This program changes the loadseg() routine by installing a small extra 
routine that checks if a linkvirus is loaded. If a linkvirus is loaded then
an alert will be displayed with the text: 'linkvirus detected'. 
If you press one of the mouse buttons the the alert wil be removed and
the shell gives its prompt back without executing the linkvirus.
Because this program doesn't work with every shell the program 'testloadseg'
is included to check if 'patchloadseg' works with the shell you are using.
If you see the alert when running 'testloadseg' then your shell works 
with 'patchloadseg',if you see the text that 'testloadseg' writes to the
screen your shell doesn't work with 'patchloadseg' or you didn't start the 
program 'patchloadseg'. This program doesn't work with the standard Amiga-
shell's but it works with a lot of other shell's like Csh from Matt Dillon
and Ashell from Arp. This program works also with the Amiga WorkBench.

V3.0 (11-3-1991)

This version gets the information about the different link-viruses from
the file 'vlist'. This file must be in the current directory or in the
's:'-directory. The advantage of a separate file is that everyone can 
add information about new viruses to the file so that patchloadseg and
other programs, like lvr, can recognize also new viruses.
In 'VComp.doc' you can read how to add viruses to vlist.

V3.10 (25-3-1991)

This version checks if it's infected by a linkvirus. The most of the
link-viruses infect the first command in the startup-sequence. If pls is
placed as the first command in the startup-sequence you can see if
the disk is infected with a link-virus.

V3.11 (8-4-1991)

System crashed when when a viruses name in vlist was longer than
35 characters. Now only the 35 first characters are displayed. 

Vlist now contains information about:
IRQ-virus, BSG9 (TTV1), 'The Revenge of the Lamerexterminator', Xeno,
Butonic, CCCP, DisasterMaster, Jeff, Centurion and the BBS virus.
