This  report  should  give  you a small
view  into  the  Austrian scene of Disk
Mags.   It  should  be quite intresting
because  maybe  there  grows  a big and
important  branch  of  scene.  Nowadays
there  is  not  very  much light in the
horizon.  But things will change a lot,
I guess!!

A  lot  of  really good Austrian groups
and  divisions  try  to  rise with disk
mags  now.   This  is no fault, but the
quality  must  be very high.  Otherwise
we will never manage it to get known on
the mag section.

I  asked  a lot of guys here in Austria
and  the  first thing I heard about the
beginning of mags was that SAVAGE tried
it  to get known with this way.  A SIGN
member  and  got  friend of most SAVAGE
guys  told  me that FREEDOM CRACK was a
SAVAGE production before VEGA has taken
it  over.  I heard this from many guys.
SAVAGE is nowadays not very active.

This year NIGHTMARE and XEROX and other
groups   published   the   TRASH   mag.
NIGHTMARE  died, all XEROX members left
the  coop  (me  included)  and so AMAZE
Austria took it over.  AMAZE was formed
of ancient NIGHTMARE members.

Rumours  said that ENERGY planned a mag
but  there  hasn`t  been made something
definetly till yet.

GRACE  was  the next group performing a
mag.   It  is  called  SCENE LYRICS and
contains  of  poems,  stories and short
lyrics.   The first issue should be out
at these days.

XEROX,  after  having  left  the  TRASH
co-operation  forced  to  do an own mag
which  should  be  similar  to MC DISK,
ROYAL INFO and TOP SECRET.  SUICID (The
mag    name!!)   is   only   based   on
friendship, so that there are no prices
or  charges  required.   It is actually
coded and will be out very soon.

And  again  it  is  XEROX which has the
next  project in work.  The main editor
of     SUICID     (that`s    me)    and
CYBERSONIK/CULT  (main  editor of Royal
Info) are working together on a fun mag
were  only  funny  stories, true or not
true are published.  Every guy can send
stories  and  will get a free issue for
this.   This  mag called PREVIEW should
be released in January.

I  hope  that  other groups will follow
this   way,   because   more  mags  are
published,   the  higher  will  be  the
quality  and this is recently that what
almost everybody wants.

a   mag,  please  do  not  hesitate  to
contact me for different reasons.  Also
other main editors of foreign countries
are welcome!!
