< Interview with Carnivore / BeerMacht ------------------------------------ by Steve 3003/SILICON DESIGNS ST: How long you're activ on the Amiga ? Did you code on the 64'er, too ? CA: My first Amiga was an A500, which i bought shortly after he was introduced in the year 1987. Before that i coded round 4 years on the C64. ST: How many years do you code now, and how long do you code on the BeerMon ? CA: Since I have the Amiga, i code him mostly in Assembler. The BeerMon Projekt has been started in the end of 1989, because at this time there was no Monitor available which meet my demands. < ST: Which languages are you 'speaking' beside Assembler ? CA: Beside German, English and French I also speak the good old Fortran, Basic, Pascal and C :-). ST: How did you learn Assembler, and which Assembler are you using ? CA: I learned Assembler at that time on my own, with stodious reading of an Extra Issue of MC68000 and some other less usefull books. At the Moment I'm using the ASM-One V1.02 for the pure MC68000-Programms, and the devpac V3.02 for the Projetcts with a higher level. ST: What Hardware are you using to code ? CA: An A3000-25 with 10 MB Ram and 105 MB HD. ST: What will be your next Project ? CA: That will be an BBS Protector, against some Hackers. The BeerMon gets continous updated!
