1 DEICIDE: `DEICIDE` Review -------------------------- by Aron/SUBMISSION ZOP! Here's Aron/Submission with yet another review of some kewl music for your ears, this time the both Deicide CD's, Legion and Deicide. As you can see in the top I'm first testing their first album that's named after the group and then their latest CD, Legion in the article below. Have a nice reading time.. First up on this CD is LUNATIC OF GODS CREATION, this track starts with some drum leads and follow ups with guitars and then mega fast speed straight thrue. They've also really nice effects with daemons and carcass + some other beasts that are screaming, really kewl!! Fast track that real bangers like.. Second track is SACRIFICAL SUICIDE, this one is the best or one of the best, it starts with some normal drums and growlings then after about 1:20 then a really kewl jingle starts, it goes like DAMNED TO HELL, END MY LIFE, WRATH OF GOD - SATAN, SIN MY SOUL, BLESSED WITH FIRE, THRONE OF STONE - SATAN, I MUST DIE, IN MY WAKE SEVENTH GATE - SATAN, SUICIDE, END MY LIFE I MUST DIE - SATAN. You might not think this is special but with the voice of Glen Benton in the vocals you will love, it really smashes in your face, it's so fuckin' grreeeeaaaattt !!!!!!!! 1 OBLIVIOUS TO EVIL is coming up and it's the third track. This track also have a REAL nice jingle not as good as track 2 but it's really good!!! The track is about joining the Deicide cult... Not much to say, a real goddie too!! Track 4 is called DEAD BY DAWN. This is a speedy one, starts right away no pre-leads or other shit one this one straight thrue, one of the most agressive ones on the whole CD.. Listen to the drum solo in the beginning and the pre-pauses that they have, it sounds like some military troops are running also really nice carcass and beast growlings in this one, then in the end part he's screaming DEAD BY DAWN, around 20 times and the voice really sounds daemonical... BLASPHEREREION (Did I get that right??..) Also this one is a speedy one too and also really really brutal, I don't like this one so much it doesn't have anything special, it's just huuhhhuuuhhhh and then it's finished it's shit.. Let's go on to the next one, 1 YEAHH, And here we find DEICIDE, It starts with that they are screaming -*- NO LORD SHALL STAND BEFORE MYSELF -*-, DEICIDE means if you didn't know, the killer of god and/or, kill all that's holy. This track is both really heavy and agressive and faaaast. The lyrics is about that they killed jesus just for fun to see him bleed, and that they'll take over the world and so on. Musically seen the track is also really good with nice jingles and leads, a perfect track from a perfect group!! CARNAGE IN THE TEMPLE OF THE DAMNED is the one coming up, and it's the seventh track. Nice intro a man is saying, ALERT! ALERT! and some kewl things.. Then da kewl track starts off really agressive and fast, slow vocals with daemonical accent and real speedy music in the background, and then a nice jingle while the voice said: FORGIVE ME FATHER FOR I HAVE SINNED - YOU WILL NEVER SIN AGAIN! Nice and brutal track with a mixup of everything, I like it really much!! Track 8 is coming up and its called MEPHISTOPHELES. This one starts fast but turns out to be a even faster track with nice chorus and jingles. Not much to say about this one, it has nice fades of fast and slow. Let's continue.. 1 DAY OF DARKNESS is coming up.. This one is also a really kewl thing, this one jumps out in a real kewl jingle the opening part when he sings is not kewl but the sub-parts with the jingle is really great as the whole track is.. Too bad that it is so short. Let's take a look on the last track on this CD, starts with guitar riffs and then with hammering drums. This has also (surprised?) a kewl jingle before the pre-chorus, nothing special with this one, kewl vocals really fast and nice leads and so but.. but.. something is missing I think.. Last words: Totally fuckin' great CD which has 10 points out of 10 from my side and from many other dudes and magz, buy & bang..
