¹   What  we do, we do correct.  Whilst
the  PC  sales  worldwide,  while UNIX
gets  more  and  more influential, the
AMIGA  scene  still keep playing their
favourite  game:   How to do a totally
incompatible demo?

   It's  pervert  and  gets  even more
pervert  when  seeing  that we are the
only   system   to   be   incompatible
upwards.  Yes, exactly.  On A4000, 80%
of  all  68000-demos  work.   That's a
matter  of  fact  and no one would cry
about  it.  Now the clou:  On the same
machine,  approx.   50%  of all bigger
AGA-releases   (dentros,   slideshows,
diskmags,  musicdisks, trackmos) don't
work  at  all!  In addition, I have to
switch  of  the  caches in 7 from nine
AGA-releases

   This  means,  people  are  ignorant
enough to manage the impossible:  They
make their A1200 demos incompatible to
the  A4000!   No  one  knows  how  and
especially  why  they  do it, but they
keep on with it...
   So  we from the marvellous Lunatics
Ball   start  spreading  a  list  with
group-/demonames,   which  fall  under
this    sad    category:

²-  TILT  2-disks-demo.   It recognises
the  68030  properly  but gives a nice
fuck off later on.  If one removes the
caches  and  changes to Original-mode,
the demo recognises an imaginare 68020
and runs properly!
¹-  Infect  with Harmageddon.  It stops
after  the  big logo.   Switch off the
caches  and  ye'll  get  at  least the
music properly.
²-  Axis 2-disks-demo.  I can't say the
title  since  it  fucks  off after the
loading.  If you try to switch off the
caches,  the  music  starts  but waves
good-bye  after a second - so does the
whole demo.
¹-  Abyss.   Tells  us  "No  AGA  -  No
Demo"...  nothing to say here.
²-     DCS     witch     their    first
AGA-multitasking demo.  Only switching
it to the Original chipset helps out.
¹- Project-A with No Limits.  This demo
has  limits:  It demands at least "4MB
Fast-RAM"  and can't be convinced that
I have 4MB of it in any way...  -
²-  Andromeda's  "Seven  Seas" isn't so
much fun afterall too.

   This  list  might  be  small in the
first  place,  but  I  only wrote down
trackmos  here.   It  would  certainly
kill  your  RAM  if  I  wrote  down all
intros giving a fuck.
