My  problem  started  when  I  sent a cheque for
199.00  for  a  540mb 3.5 inch hard drive on the
21/2/95.  After waiting the 28 days for delivery
I  started  getting  worried,  so  I  telephoned
T.C.S.   and  was  told  that  they  were having
problems  in  getting the hardware I had ordered
so I was told to wait 14 days.  Then in an issue
in  Amiga  User International I found an article
about  the  company,  saying  that two companies
Total  Computer Supplies and WTS Electronics had
been  investigated  by  the  Bedfordshire Police
Fraud  Squad  for  failing  to  supply  goods to customers that had been
ordered  and  paid  for.  Most of the complaints, according to the Fraud
Squad,  relate  to  failure  to  supply  Amiga  computers,  among  other
products.  Customers asking for their money back after prolonged periods
waiting  for  their order had been unable to get refunds.  I then got in
touch with the fraud squad and they told me I could try and get my money
back  through  a  small  claims  court.   Off I went to the local County
Courts  and  issued  a summons which cost me twenty quid.  I got a reply
from  the summons stating that the company T.C.S.  were not known at the
address  I had given to the courts.  My next move was to send the Baliff
in  to  hand  over  the summons in person, which was done.  I then had a
reply  from  T.C.S.  stating that they did not know who T.C.S.  were nor
do  they  trade as Total Computer Supplies.  I could not understand this
at  all,  my  cheque was made out to Total Computer Supplies and sent to
the  address  the  summons  was  sent to.  I got in touch with the Fraud
Squad  and  they told me that T.C.S.  were still trading as normal under
the  title  Total  Computer  Supplies  Ltd.  So I then entered judgement
against  them  and  I  am now waiting for my hard earned dosh back in my
bank account where it belongs.

If there is anybody out there still having problems or have had the same
problem  as  me with T.C.S.  then write your complaint and what you have
done  to  get  your  money  back,  the  more complaints i get the better
because  I will then pay T.C.S.  a SUPRISE!!!!  visit at their shop with
an army of at least 10 people and a large van.

Just  one  more  thing  before I sign off,the County Courts told me that
after  entering  judgement  against  T.C.S.  they could put up a defence
against  me and I would have to go to a court hearing in Hemel Hempstead
and  not Wrexham where I live which means me spending more dosh, I think
the  law  is  more  on  their  side  than  mine, LAW WHAT FUCKING LAW IT
STINKS!!!!
