Dear Eternal Readers,

Charts  may  seem  to be a bit strange
because  it has been voted for it in a
period beginning at September'92 until
September'93.   So you can consider it
as a "Best of 1993" chart if you want.

But  it won't be this way from now on,
of course.

And  we have to apologie to Rebels and
Movement  (the  groups  that  we  were
members of during this period).
The  reason  is:   These groups, their
productions  and some of their members
aren't  in the charts as people didn't
vote  for  them while we were in these
groups.

Rules of voting are the same as always
but  we  want  to  explain the ranking
system:

1. You can  vote  for 5 groups, people
or  productions.   First  will  get  5
points, second 4 points and so on.

2. If  two items  have the same  point
and  the same number of voters they're
ranked like this:
                       NV  PTS
  nn. xxx/xxx..........23   67
      yyy/yyy..........23   67

3. If  two items  have the  same point
but a different number of voters we'll
rank  the  one  that has been voted by
more people first, then the other one.×
