	     b2INTRODUCTION

91During the last 20 years, the graffiti
reach  all  countrys, some people love
it,  some other hate it, I don't wanna
explain you a new point of view, but I
just   wanna   make   you   know   the
motivations of all these writers.

But  first  of  all, you must know the
different  sorts  of  graffiti  and it
main definition:  it's anything writed
or  painted on a wall, a train ...made
to be seen.








dAnd included in it, you will find:

9 fThe    Graffiti   Masterpiece   9(the
  Graf):it's  a  big  picture  painted
  with  bombs,  containing  a  lot  of
  colors,  big  letters,  and sometime
  some  personages.   Essentially it's
  what  people,  out  of  the graffiti
  scene likes.

9 fThe  Graffiti  TAG  9(a tag):it's the
  little  unreadable writed-names (for
  un- initied persons), you can see on
  all  the  walls  or  trains  of your
  town.  It's what people hates.
19 fThe  Graffiti  Throw-Ups:  9the piece
  between a TAG and a Masterpiece it's
  the   name   (tag)  of  the  person,
  painted with big bobble letters,they
  are  made  when  you have some place
  but  not  enough colors for making a
  masterpiece.

9 fThe   Graffiti  'Original':9it's  the
  things  you  see  writed  on all the
  walls  like:   'cindy  I  love you',
  'cindy  for  ever' , 'vote for X' or
  everything  that  the persons out of
  the  graffiti-scene  can  write  and
  read.

91Often  the  people ask themselves what
mean  a ceTAGc 9or  why  the writers put
their  handle  everywhere.Some  people
says  that  it's just for the pleasure
of  writing.   But  if  we  study this
deeply,  we  can  see  that  tags  are
essentially  made  for being famous or
just  for  the  pleasure  of  creating
something  wich will be seen.  But all
the  motivations can vary according to
the   taggers,   their  place  in  the
society,  and  their ideas.  But every
writers are ok on one thing:  more you
tag  (graph),  more  your  pleasure is
bigger, and more you became famous.And
this  will  make you feel a lot of new
sensations.   7But  everone  must  know
that,  there is no special messages in
tag,   it's  simply  a  signature  and
nothing else.

9Like  I have writed before you can tag
to  become  famous,  for being not the
same  as  all  the  boys  of your age.
When  you  start tagging, you wanna be
at   the   top,   and   so  you  start
practicing every dayz, and when may be
that when you will say to some guys "I
make  sum tags, it's me..X.." and they
answer  you  , "ohh it's you", at this
moment  you  become  really happy, coz
people know you.

But   some   of   them  will  probably
(certainly)   say   c"hey,   it's  pure
vandalizm"9, they are may be right, but
just one thing:  graffiti is vandalism
just because it's forbidden, if it was
autorized, there would be no problems.

But  now,  all  the taggers don't care
much  about opinion of the guys out of
the  scene.   And  a  big part of them
will  says "if the people like what we
do  it's  good,  if  they hate it's so
much  the  better".   I think they are
right,  coz  how can some people speak
about subjects that they doesn't know,
I  think  it's  the real problem.  Now
all  the painters are bored to explain
why  they  are  doing  tags  or graph,
because  nobody  understand,  they got
their  opinion  and  they  don't wanna
change.

When  I started doing graffitis, there
is  3 years now, it was just for doing
like  all  my friends, but now, all my
friends are out of the graffiti scene,
hopefully  I  have  met  some new real
graffiti-artists, wich are now paintng
with  me, in the same group, and I can
guarantee you, that when you have just
finished  a big masterpiece on a wall,
or  after  a  quite good tagging night
all around your town, you came back at
home  with  the  feeling  to be really
mighty, it's the eultimate pleasure 9for
a graffiti artist, I think...
