##########   Interface Editor GUI file Patcher  ############

Ok, that's a fast doc... ;-)

The main purpose of Patcher is to convert InterfaceEditor GUI files from v2.07
to v2.08...

It must be used from Shell; Patcher accepts two arguments:
  - FROM   the GUI file version 2.07
  - TO     the new v2.08 file that will be created

NOTE *VERY* WELL:
If you use the same name for the two args, well, you'll probably loose your GUI,
so PAY ATTENTION!
