There's  been  a  lot of mention on the net and on American TV of Pamela
Anderson's  homemade  porn tape, made - one assumes - for private use by
her  and  hubby Tommy Lee.  The tape was stolen from the couple's multi-
million-dollar  mansion  and  sold, and copied, and then the copies were
sold,  and suddenly there seem to be about fifty different places on the
Internet  selling  copies  of  the video with prices ranging from $15 to
$25.

Pam  and Tommy took the original retailers to court, stating that it was
private   material,  obtained  by  theft.   In  my  opinion  this  would
constitute  handling  stolen  goods  at the very least, but the American
judge  ruled  that nothing could be done to prevent the sale of the tape
from continuing.

The  tape is unlikely to find it's way over here just yet, it would need
converting  to  PAL  from NTSC, AND it would have to get through customs
(who  have recently stopped a friend's tape, they read out a list of all
the laws that were broken by the tapes content, and told him that, if he
didn't  try  to claim it, they'd let him off), and so for now all anyone
can do is get the MPEG files from the Internet.

For  starters,  you  must remember that the tape is genuine, it is not a
cleverly  put-together  fake  (like  the Diana/Hewitt tape that surfaced
some time ago) but the genuine article.  In the tape you can see Pam:

    * Sitting naked in a hot-tub, playing with her breasts.
    * Having sex with Tommy in at least 2 different positions.
    * Performing oral sex on Tommy, in at least three locations.
    * Masturbating on the couple's boat.

Husband Tommy is not exactly on the small side, his member appears to be
10-12  inches  long,  and  the  video  camera  gives  exceptionally high
quality,  the  end result being that this tape contains all the hardcore
action of any other you are likely to see.

Poor  old Pam's career must surely have hit rock-bottom after this.  Her
movie  "Barbed  Wire"  was a flop in just about every sense of the word,
she  was  repeatedly  warned  to curtail her lifestyle or be sacked from
Baywatch,  and  now  the entire united states - and eventually the whole
world - will have seen her in a hardcore porn movie.

Is this the end of Silicon Valley?  :)
