Man goes in the pub.  Man goes in the pub?  There used to be a time when
all you got was crisps and peanuts.

Did  anyone  else  ever  get "boiled" and "bald" mixed up when they were
little?   I  did.   I  remember the game "Guess Who" where you've got to
guess  the  other  persons  card by asking what colour eyes they have or
whether their person has a "boiled head".

Does  anyone remember the game called "Mouse Trap"?  It was one of those
sort  of  games  that you'd get a couple of people interested in, but by
the time you'd set it all up, they'd buggered off.

Imagine  a  highwayman  in  this day and age.  "Stand and deliver", he'd
probably say.  To which we would reply "What?"
"Stand and deliver, your money or your life"
"Say again pal?"
etc..

I  don't  know  if it was just me, but when I were knee high to a garden
gnome,  I  always used to get the word "carpark" muddled up.  I think it
used to come out as "parcark".

Why  do  crap  songs  always  get to number one?  Aqua's "Barbie Doll"??

Ever  noticed that all watches are advertised as "second hand"?  Even in
catalogue's, you'll find they list every watch as "second hand".

One  goose  is  a goose, many are geese.  So that makes a single sheep a
shoop.

If  you`re  in  car  travelling at the speed of light and you turned the
headlights on, would they come on?  Or what?

Time  travel  - if you were to travel back in time, say to when you were
ten  years  old, would you go back and be in your ten year old body with
no   memories   of   your  future  life?   So  your  life  would  be  an
ever-recurring  time-travel episode?  Or something?  Or would you travel
back as yourself - say you were twenty, you would appear in the year you
were  ten  as a twenty year old - still have memories of future life AND
would there be another you when you were (or ARE) aged ten..?  Confused?
I bloody well am.
