LC10_120x144dpi - LC10 printdriver

Place the printdriver in DEVS:printers/ and then use preferences to set
this as the default printdriver.

The utility programs give FULL control over the respective model of printer
and will happily multitask, locking out changes from the other programs.

All settings are available from the menubar at the top of the screen and
make full use of all the LC10's fonts and facilities.
