|1-Contracting Update

Those  of  you  with  long  mammaries  (sorry,  memories) may remember I
recently went contracting and was due to start at an airline in Crawley.
Well  I unfortunately lost that contract through no fault of my own last
week and felt really despondent cos it was my first contract.

Not for long!!

Today  (15/4/97)  I  was  offered a position at a place in Woking, three
month  contract and a very good rate, best of all remember my mate where
I  worked  who  resigned  and I nearly had a breakdown over??  She works
there  as  Ops Manager!!!  I saw her this afternoon and could`nt believe
it!   The guy interviewing me introduced me to her and I was gobsmacked,
I`m  really  looking forward to this now for that one reason, whether or
not I shall feel despondent when the contract ends I dont know, we shall
see.


Another  update (27/4/97) I`m starting there tomorrow, wish me luck Jim,
I`m going in!!  (Expect another update tomorrow).


Yep, the second update

What  a  place,  I  have  no pressure on me at all and its up to me what
changes  I  make.   For the first time I have control over a system, its
all  mine!!!   The next twelve weeks are going to be fun thats for sure!
Plus my ickle mate is there so I`m happy, she still feels the same about
me as well.
