Not having to rely upon machines?

Without all the war, death and destruction?

What would it be like if we were all pre-programmed machines,
Not having to learn, think or be ourselves?

What would it be like to be telepathic,
Not having to ask embarassing questions?

What would it be like if we were all equal,
No more competing for first place?

What would it be like to live in a world with rules to chaos,
To live in a completely predictable world?

What would it be like living on another planet,
With a different gravity, atmosphere and way of life?

What would it be like in a world with no plastic,
With many comforts taken away?

What would it be like to have freedom of speech,
Where we can say whatever without being condemned?

What would it be like not to have to eat or drink,
Would life be more pleasant?

What would it be like with technology going backwards,
Wouldn't the world be a funny place?

What would it be like in a world without colour,
In a world with shades of grey?

What would it be like travelling somewhere in an instant,
Would we still be late?

What would it be like in a world with no TV,
Would all this violence spread any slower?

What would it be like in a world with no clothes,
Would all the yobs still get the girls?

What would it be like in a world with no communication,
Not being able to express our feelings?

What would it be like with no phone system,
What would the BT staff be doing now?

What would it be like...?
