91¹Welcome to something completly new...

For  the first time ever on a computer
Energy  presents  you  a  new  way  of
getting  friends and contacts all over
the  globe!   But  before  I  begin to
present this new idea, let me tell you
the  history why I decided to start an
eInternational Friendship Network 7(IFN)

9Well,  as  we  all  can  see the whole
scene  is  somehow  splitting into two
scenes,  the  Demo  and  the  Cracking
Scene.  In the Cracking scene you have
to  pay  a lot of money for almost all
kinds  of  work  (f.e.   pay  for  the
supply  and  the  cracking work or for
running a BBS for a group).  Some fews
want  to earn a lot of money with that
illegal  activities, it all comes into
the   style   of   a   real   criminal
organisation  like  the  Mafia.   They
know  each  other  only  via phone and
they  know  the  others  bank  account
number to pay the others!

Is  that  what the Amiga (or any other
computer)   scene   is  ought  to  be?
Noooo!   I  think  we  all should step
forward  onto  a higher level than the
real  political  and industrial world,
where  only money talks!  We should be
one  big family and be good fellows to
each  others  and  not  just sales and
customer  persons!   But  how  can you
know  all  others from the Amiga scene
you  might  ask  now...  To solve this
problem  I  thought  to  start  such a
project like the one I'll explain now!

Well,  the  "International  Friendship
Network  (bIFN9)"  is an organisation(?)
which  makes  possible to get known to
all  others in the scene personally...
dThe  aim  of  bIFN9  is to have a lot of
members  in several countries, so that
anyone  from any country can visit the
other  bIFN9 members whenever he goes to
holiday  or  work  to another country.
9Let me explain it more in detail using
a  simple  example  :  A guy (ofcourse
member   of  bIFN9)  decides  to  travel
through   Europe  in  summer  with  an
Interrail  ticket...  He can visit any
country,   any   city,   anything   he
wants...   And since he is a member of
bIFN9  he  has  adresses  of  other  bIFN9
members  of  the  countries he travels
through,  which  means  he can contact
them  and  meet these guys personally.
Our example-person has from now on new
friends  he  knows personally, he will
stay  ofcourse in contact with them to
meet  them  again.  I think it is easy
to  understand,  that  this might be a
try to make a 78family 78of the  Amiga
scene,  or  at least make it much more
funny.

bIFN9  is  born exactly on the 1.1.1993,
up  to now (although this is the first
public information about it!).  It has
already  members  in Austria, Germany,
Belgium,  France  and Switzerland.  Of
course  every one from every group and
every  country  has  the possibilty to
join  in; bIFN9 costs no money and is no
dirty  cheat  for  any  stupid  use of
anything!   It's  really  only ment to
have  friends  abroad to meet whenever
you travel around.  In the past it was
common to meet on parties, but parties
are  quite  seldom  and  also they are
sometimes to big meet all guys there.

If  you are interested in having a lot
of  travel-destinations  everywhere on
our  globe  (also  if someone from bIFN9
lives  just  some  few  kilometers far
from  you, it might be interesting for
you  to  meet  him/her!),  contact the
founder of bIFN9!

All  members and all who want to join,
get in certain time-periods lists with
the   contact   adresses  of  all  bIFN9
members  - maybe monthly.  Maybe there
is  a small fee for the members to pay
for   the   mail-costs  we  have  with
sending   the  memberlists  around,  I
don't know yet...
